Dutch Oven Beef Stew. Instead of tomato paste I used a can of diced tomato and added fresh thyme, rosemary, allspice and a bay leaf for added flavours. I also included french green beans and thick pieces of zucchini to cook on top in the last 10 minutes before serving. It was delicious!
Bought a load of beef shin and made Stifado, the easiest & tastiest stew in the world. You don't need to fry the beef, just throw all raw ingredients into a casserole, cover and cook in a low oven for 3 hours.
