Oven Scrambled Eggs Recipe: came out great, very fluffy. Made half of what the recipe called for, so i put it in a glass pie plate. It was difficult to get the plate out of the oven to scramble things without spilling all over the oven. Still, effective way to cook for large group - will make again.
