ONE-DISH BREAKFAST: 1 lg. pkg. frozen Ore-Ida Potatoes O'Brien; 2 1/2 C. milk; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1 lb. sausage, cooked drained; 6 eggs, well beaten; 1 C. sharp cheese, shredded. Butter a 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Place potatoes and sausage in dish. Pour in eggs, milk and salt which have been combined. Top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
Cheesy Potato Casserole Makes 9x11 casserole dishes 2 lb. Ore-Ida Potatoes O'Brien 1 (16oz) Sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 tbs. Pepper 2 c. Cornflakes, crushed 1/4 cup melted butter Mix all ingredients (except cornflakes and butter). Put in 9x13 inch baking dish. Combine cornflakes and melted butter. Spread over casserole. Bake covered for 45-1 hour. Then bake uncovered another 15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly!
