Spaghetti with garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes. Use Whole Grain pasta, Cut pasta by half. Sauté garlic in tsp of olive oil, Then toss in pasta and cook for about 3 minutes, add the red pepper last and a little fresh grated parmasean. Adjust portions.
