Oatmeal Spice Muffins from Five Heart Home. These are delicious! I halved the recipe and got 36 mini muffins. Baked for 12 minutes. Used 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup coconut oil. Used white whole wheat flour and added in 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed with the dry ingredients and needed to add 2 Tbsp of milk. Used 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and added 1 tsp vanilla. We love these!
