Last week, chef (and great man) Mario Batali challenged me to raise awareness and money for the NYC Food Bank by trying to live on $29 dollars for the week (what low income families on SNAP are trying to survive on). on goop.com. http://goop.com/my-29-food-stamp-challenge-and-the-recipes-brouhaha-that-ensued/
NYC food pantries and soup kitchens starved for supplies as funding stays low and cuts to food stamps loom In a survey of pantries and kitchens, 76% said they need more food than they’re currently stocked with to serve their visitors.
Sugar Deli- I like that this shows a cohesive branding identity, with business cards that are a play on the classic take a number system in a deli. Also I think the use of a stamp is a great way to bring the branding to other items.
