A plea of nolo contendere with a sentence of probation and a contribution to the violent crimes indemnity fund or court costs will not constitute a conviction under Rhode Island law! I want for people to understand what AS means as much as they understand what diabetes or RA or Lupus means. I don’t want anyone to have to deal with the huge lack of understanding that exists. After pleading nolo contendere to driving on a suspended license and under the influence, Singer Bobby Brown is sentenced to 55 days in jail with 48 months of probation, and a 500 dollars fine as well as an alcohol program of 18 month. Bobby was arrested last October near Tarzana, California. On March 20, Brown is going to report to a Los Angeles jail, and until then he must attend AA meetings 3 times per week.
