No yeast pizza dough-so I used this base recipe and used garbonzo bean flour, omitted the baking powder and salt, used baking soda, and grapes seed oil, added a little flour(garbonzo bean) to right consistency and baked the crust for 10 min before topping. Turned out GREAT!!
No yeast pizza dough 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 2 3/4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. canola or olive oil 3/4 to 1 c. water Mix the dry ingredients together in as bowl. add the oil to the water the water/oil mixture into the dry mixture. The mixture should be soft, but not too soft.
