A really yummy 100% raw low fat (no oil), low sodium sauce is easy to make. Just blend a bunch of organic heirloom tomatoes with 1-2 sun dried tomatoes, half a stalk of celery, 1 or 2 dates, a few sprigs of basil & spring onion and lemon juice to taste. No yeast pizza dough-so I used this base recipe and used garbonzo bean flour, omitted the baking powder and salt, used baking soda, and grapes seed oil, added a little flour(garbonzo bean) to right consistency and baked the crust for 10 min before topping. Turned out GREAT!!
