These are amazing! I want to workout but between studying and all that jazz I get overwhelmed with the idea of doing a longer workout. With these, I can the workout on a card between study breaks! They're perfect.

Pre-Workout Warm Up I would do few more warm up exercises beside these above, when you feel you're started to sweat than you can go on and start training. Warm up is important, but don't forget the cool down.
