Coconut milk pancakes: WINNER! I can't get over how fluffy and good these are! I have just found my new go to pancake recipe. I mean this is dangerously good! I did canned full fat organic (Native Forest) coconut milk (DONT use the crap in the carton!) and changed the yucky canola oil in the recipe out for coconut oil. I fried the pancakes in coconut oil too and the result was heavenly. -Brittany
