THE official list of the most popular girls names for England and Wales in 2015, compiled by the Office of National Statistics (ONS), has just been released. Is your child's name on it? Amelia has been in the top spot since 2011. The biggest increases in popularity for those names in the top 10 in 2015 (compared with 2005) were Isla and Ava. Ella and Mia entered the top 10 girls’ names this year, replacing Lily and Sophie.
