Chef Boyce offers up traditional Southern comfort food, but with the modern twist that he does so perfectly. The classic BLT with a fried green tomato and smoked aioli, and Southern staple of shrimp and grits is made with Gulf Coast shrimp, stone-ground Falls Mills grits, and kicked with creamy garlic and parmesan sauce.
