Pre-Workout Warm Up I would do few more warm up exercises beside these above, when you feel you're started to sweat than you can go on and start training. Warm up is important, but don't forget the cool down.
Very Hungry Caterpillar Mobile. Hang 8" lanterns (1 red, 6 in two shades of green) with different lengths of fishing line. Use pipe cleaners for antennae, and construction paper for eyes and nose. Makes me wish I taught primary again :)
