Easy mobile for over baby's crib. Embroidery hoop covered in ribbon. The dangly discs are circles of cardstock. I used a long peice of thread and sewed them together. At the base I tied heavy beads for weight. To keep each disc in place I tied a little piece of embroidery floss as a stopper. (and I ran a few of the discs thru a crimper!)

Again, I really like the banners. I'm especially partial to the idea of setting up a banner on our old picnic table (probably set up for food or gifts) and maybe something near the front door or in the living room/playroom area? Or across the living room window? The nursery thing doesn't apply.
