This was a little effortful the first time, but I think, in the future, I'll be able to throw this together in about 20 minutes. Boil water, start rice in rice cooker, cook lentils, mix spices together in coconut milk. Once lentils are done, mix in spices/coconut milk. Then rice is done. BAM. Also, I cooked the rice with half water, half coconut milk, and salt.
