Mint Jelly The mint in my garden has come back with full force. I make this jelly every year. It is so easy and always turns out well. We like it with lamb, and on toast or biscuits. Think I'll grab a few mint leaves, mix me up a Mojito to sip and get busy making this jelly. YUM. If you have mint, this is what to do with it.
