James Cameron's 'Avatar' sequels will stick to 48 frames per second I am melting No WAY! AWESOME! I cant get off this site!

Rodriguez, who played a combat pilot in Avatar, is unsure if she'll be cast in the sequel, due to hit theaters in 2014 by 20th Century Fox. But she hopes creator James Cameron will involve her somehow, even if just inviting her to the set to watch filming.

Avatar (2009)

Avatar -- From Academy Award winning director James Cameron (Aliens, The Abyss, True Lies, Titanic) comes Avatar, the story of an ex-Marine who finds himself thrust into hostilities on an alien planet filled with exotic life forms. As an Avatar, a human mind in an alien body, he finds himself torn between two worlds, in a desperate fight for his own survival and that of the indigenous people.

What happened to the Lost cast?

Lost: "Michelle Rodriguez (Ana Lucia Cortez). Episode count: 23. Both before and after ‘Lost’, Rodriguez has found film work easy to come by, from ‘The Fast and the Furious’ and ‘Resident Evil’ to ‘Avatar’. She is one of the most typecast stars in Hollywood (sassy, strong-willed action heroine) but work is work."
