Most of us experience stress of some degree in our day to day lives and a big part of managing stress is exercise and nutrition. What we eat directly affects not only our physical health but our mental and emotional health also. When we are lacking in the right quantities of vitamins & minerals from fresh, unprocessed foods or are unable to absorb them due to a poorly functioning body, we become more susceptible to conditions such as depression.
