SousVide Dash :|: LOVE this app. Tell it your temp goal and what you are cooking and it will tell you cook time. You can cook to temperature, pasturized to surface or pasturized to core. Pasturizing to core gives me the confidence that I can sous vide meat to medium rare, freeze it, then keep it in the cooler for a couple days while we travel. It can withstand a little bit of temperature abuse during travel and remain safe.
