Ground Meat Ragu ("The Butcher's Ragu") 10/10. I used roughly 2 1/2 pounds ground beef, 1 pound of ground veal and a pound of mild ground pork sausage. I also missed all of the vegetables by hand. I only cooked it for about an hour and a half and served it over Ina Garten's polenta recipe (sans the crème fraîche). I split the leftovers and froze half and put half in the refrigerator to serve over pasta later this week. Made on 5/20/17.
