Bullet Proof Coffee - my fave recipe except I use MCT oil (just a different form of coconut oil) ... love it with a pinch of Ceylon Cinnamon and once in a while I blend in a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder for an extra punch. Taste is fabulous - this keeps me going for hours - I'm addicted!
It's butter, mct oil, cold brew coffee, vanilla stevia, and I blend that in my bullet, add a dash of cream, do a quick blend then add a handful of ice and blitz it for a couple seconds! If you blend too long with ice it makes the cream freeze up lol. I'll add water it thin it a little too! I also added a serving of collegan for protein!
