Everyone loves crunchy tacos and all the fixings, right? Well, now you can have… Ingredients: 2 ounces Tostitos Tortilla Chips (about 24), plus additional for serving 1 Tbsp. Chili Oil (or olive oil and red pepper flakes) 1 Onion, chopped 2 cloves Garlic, minced 1-pound Ground Chicken 2 Tbsp. McCormick Taco Seasoning 1 can Bush’s Black Beans, drained 1 cup Pace Hot Salsa 1 cup Kraft shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese Optional: Other toppings such as jalapenos, olives, etc.
Taco Soup 2 lbs cooked ground beef; 1- 15oz can kidney beans, drained; 1- 15oz can pinto beans, drained; 1- 15oz can black beans, drained; 1- 15oz can diced tomatoes; 3- 8oz cans tomato sauce; 1.5- 16oz bag frozen corn; 2 pkg Mccormick's taco seasoning; 1 cup water. Mix all ingredients in large pot, heat till hot. Serve with cheese, crackers or fritos, and sour cream.
