Martina Hingis (born 30 Sept 1980) a Swiss, former professional tennis player, spent a total of 209 weeks as world no.1. She set a series of "youngest-ever" records before temporarily retiring from professional tennis in 2002 due to ligament injuries in both ankles, at the age of 22. She returned  in 2006. & climbed to world no. 6 and won three singles titles before finally retiring.
