The Godfather (1972)

*THE GODFATHER, (1972) Poster: The aging patriarch of an organized crime dynasty transfers control of his clandestine empire to his reluctant son. This was another era i decided to look at to see if i liked the character . i found that the italian gangster types went for the very small and short beards I'm not sure why this style was important for them but you never say a gangster with a long moustache so i assumed there must be a reason.

The Godfather: behind the scenes

Directed by Francis Ford Coppola. With Marlon Brando, Al Pacino, James Caan, Diane Keaton. The aging patriarch of an organized crime dynasty transfers control of his clandestine empire to his reluctant son.

Everybody tries to copy this look except that they stick a bunch of Boy Scout merit badges on their tight lil' leather vest and it's just one more silly uniform. Toy runs? Eat shit!

Marlon Brando, The Godfather (1972) #film; I love this scene. It's where Vito has called a meet with the heads of the five families in an effort to stop the violence. A true boss.
