I found this pinned to a Steampunk board. It's a Soviet PPSh-41 (Pistolet-Pulemyot Shpagina; Russian: Пистолет-пулемёт Шпагина; "Shpagin machine pistol,") a WWII era sub machine gun.

Vickers Machine Gun .303”. designed by Hiram Maxim who came to England in 1908 and set up the Vickers sons and Maxim. Without doubt, the finest medium machine gun ever made by anyone. Sustained fire that does exactly that. Water cooled, feeding belted .303” ammunition from canvas belts holding 250 rounds, this gun had a rate of fire of 10,000 rounds per hour, The last Vickers was withdrawn from service in 1968
