Edna Lewis's Macaroni and Cheese. This was delicious. WAY better than Martha Stewart's Mac and Cheese recipe, in my opinion. I used around 12 ounces of pasta, as the notes in this recipe said that the amount could be increased. The custard mixture is so flavorful, and it's so easy to put together, with no standing over the stove stirring a roux. Rich & delicious.
