Rinse a can of garbanzo beans (to eliminate some of the sodium), toss in oil, and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Then toss with no-salt seasonings of your choice. Try curry powder, paprika, cumin, or chili powder for a spicy kick.

I made my own lunchables using low fat triscuits, 2% cheese, low sodium/low fat lunch meat along with grapes and tomatoes.  Really healthy and $12 for the whole week!
