Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken - copycat from LongHorn Steakhouse. Grilled chicken topped with a creamy Ranch sauce and parmesan crumb topping. Tastes just like the restaurant. I made this tonight and it is AMAZZZING!!! :)
Adapted from a Longhorn Steakhouse recipe salmon 2 tablespoons Bourbon 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 teaspoon minced garlic Mix all ingredients together. Pour over salmon, seal is plastic bag or dish and refrigerate and let chill for 2 hours.

Which is creepy enough, until you realize Virgil Earp, was shot on the second floor.
Longhorn Steakhouse Wild West Shrimp - Totally Reccomended. The Shrimp lover will not be dissapointed - there is plenty for 2 !! Dipping sauce is a light tasting ranch and the shrimp has a few small tasty peppers mixed in.
