Small House Plan--I love this, but would change the bathrooms. The master bath I would like to contain a shower that's easy to get in and out of and would change the little shower in the hall bathroom to a tub.

I like the efficiency of all the plumbing concentrated in the center of the house. But let's add a garage, and pop out that master bathroom to add a little more luxury.

Great little extension on this terrace house. Nice big doors and rooflight. www.methodstudio.london

Granny & Student 16x20. Hmmm. Not bad, but it could be improved. The stationary washtub would serve more of a purpose if it became a pantry. The table and chairs take up way too much space. I might use a narrow expandable table and 2 chairs and move the whole thing closer to the kitchen. Most of this house is devoted to things you spend very little time doing- cooking, eating, bathing, sleeping -compared to living!
