Golden syrup flapjacks recipe: 125 gr (1 part) butter, 125 gr (1 part) brown sugar, 250 gr (2 parts) oats, 2-3 tbsp golden syrup. Mix together in a food processor. Bake in oven for 18 min at 180 Celsius fan oven. I will add 150 grams sultanas to the ingredients. These came out lovely and as not heated in a saucepan Amelia was able to help.

Liquorice recipe. INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup molasses, 1/2 tsp liquorice root powder, 1/2 tsp anise powder, 1/2 to 1 cup gluten free flour. METHOD: (1) Heat the molasses in a pan 5-10mins, do not let boil. (2) Add liquorice & anise, stir well. (3) Add 1/3 cup flour and stir in completely. (4) Continue adding flour 1 Tbls at a time until a thick workable paste is formed.
