Linguine with Lemon, Garlic, and Thyme Mushrooms. I made this tonight and it was incredible and super easy. Only had to use GF pasta to make it gluten free. Even my picky 6 yr old ate all of it and asked for more.
2 cloves garlic 1 scant tablespoon Maldon salt 1 large red chilli 1.25kg undressed crab, to give you 200g white meat and 100g brown meat 125ml extra virgin olive oil Juice and zest of 1 lemon 500g linguine Handful fresh parsley, chopped Handful watercress leaves, roughly torn
