Results are in for month 1 of my home lifting program! Now, I don't trust the scale to track my progress anymore. It has always affected me emotionally and it's just not worth it. I only weighed myself twice this month, and since my program is strictly lifting, it's only moved about a pound. My measurements have stayed about the same, except my stomach and waist have shrunk.
