Lemon Balm Tea 4 cups boiling water + 20 fresh leaves or 1 TBSP of dried lemon balm leaves. Add leaves to a saucepan. Pour boiling water over leaves. Cover with a lid to steep overnight if possible. or for at least 30 minutes.
