Lembas Bread recipe: Original recipe (makes 2 dozen)  2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour  2 teaspoons ground ginger  1 teaspoon baking soda  3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon  1/2 teaspoon ground cloves  1/4 teaspoon salt  3/4 cup margarine, softened  1 cup white sugar  1 egg  1 tablespoon water  1/4 cup molasses  2 tablespoons white sugar

So I found this recipe years ago, I've made it dozens of times and its delish! However, it works better when you mix it with your hands instead of a fork, and I set the oven to 350-375 degrees; 400 tends to dry it out too much.
