Roast Pork and Garlic Sauce is one of those weeknight dinners that’s quick, easy, and can use up leftover pork roast which is very budget friendly as well. I made mine with leftover roast pork loin which had been frozen and it was a great success.
Skillet Pork Tenderloin Stroganoff - Used leftover pork; just warmed it up for a minute with the mushrooms. Also, used Worcestershire Sauce instead of ketchup. It was very tasty, and another good way to use leftover pork loin.
