Leftover Pork Chop Stir Fry: I added 4 left over pork chops (sliced thin), sugar snap peas, 2 broccoli crowns, 1 red pepper, 4 stalks celery, 1 onion, 1/2 cabbage and 1 carrot shaved along with the sauce recommended on this site. Spoon over some ramen noodles. YUM! The whole family loved it. Even the furniture delivery guys had to try it!
