Another great example of learning targets

We are required to post learning targets daily in our classroom. I think posting learning targets to my website would be a great way to remind students, as well as, communicate to parents what we are learning in class.

5 Learning Target Signs for the basic subjects: reading, writing, math, science and social studies. Display these signs and write your learning target underneath. A learning target helps students grasp the lesson's purpose--why it is crucial to learn this chunk of information, on this day, and in this way.

Learning Targets for your "I Can" Statements

Free or editable learning targets! Read about making a learning target section of your board at Forever in Fifth Grade!

Having learning targets displayed for the whole class to see will help the students stay on track and better understand what their goals are for the day or week.

I love this! Our class is really working on transitions. We do great until we have to move! Going to lunch, specials, even to the rug! *sigh* Hopefully something like this will help! We can use it for academic goals too!

Identify long term class goals: This is a daily goal so students know objectives and why we are learning what we are learning. It would be neat to have a student fill this in as we go over it at the start of each class period.

Another way to post daily objectives....could I use this to post learning goals, too? Would be an easy way to change to the next goal.

Way to display daily objectives or big ideas. This would be great as a dry erase board by subject on our classroom door.

Post learning targets and I can( objectives) for the first week of school for parents to see

Grade Thoughts: Learning Targets & Objectives I think I would change the title to Learning Goals and maybe use a soccer theme.
