Classic BBQ Beefburger, 9ppsv per serving. Combine 600g of lean beef mince, 1/2 a red onion chopped finely, 1tbsp of ketchup, 1 garlic clove and 4tbsp of finely chopped parsley. Use your hands to mix the ingredients, shape into 6 burgers. Cook over the BBQ for 10-15 mins. To serve place burgers into toasted buns with pickle, onion, salad leaves and ketchup. Serves 6 (July 2012)
