Just like the classic lasagna recipe, this zucchini lasagna is topped with Béchamel sauce instead of just cheese to make it more creamy and flavorful.
Syn free cheese sauce. Any of you lovely people looking for a syn free "creamy" cheese sauce - I've found one!! Make up some veg stock - use 1 stock cube to 150mls boiling water, allow to cool. Slowly add the stock to 200g of quark (NOT on the heat), mixing til smooth and the the right thickness for you ( I used about 100mls). I also added a little garlic powder. It's beautiful! Would be ideal for pasta, lasagna etc,and its complely SYN FREE xx #FreeFoodFeb
