The beauty of these shawls comes from the texture created by different stitch patterns. Most are very easy patterns, showing that you don’t have to have a complicated pattern to create a lovely shawl. The patterns often use heavier weight yarn as well for a faster knit.
Cast on 4 sts Row 1: Knit to last stitch, yarn over, knit into the front and back of the last stitch Row 2: Yarn over, knit to last 2 sts, knit 2 together Repeat these two rows until shawl reaches your desired size. NOTE: For a striped effect like the shawl pictured, switch yarns after every two-row repeat.
