Inspired by Kindergarten. Interesting take on behavior chart using class rules cards to show who needs reminding. Could possibly even hand the card to the student and have them sit and think before talking to the teacher.

My New Clip Chart - I LOVE, LOVE the calendars that go with the chart! I also think the idea of giving kiddos a certificate for being a "role model" is awesome. AND, if a kiddo has to clip all the way down, they fill out a behavior reflection.
