2 T Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp dried minced onion 4 cloves fresh garlic, crushed (you may substitute 1 tablespoon of dried) 1 T dried minced onion c. balsamic vinegar 1 T of salt or seasoned meat tenderizer (this will have salt) c. water 1 T black pepper
Used white wine vinegar instead of the sherry vinegar. Added the zest if half an orange and its juice as well as some toasted sesame seeds and chili oil. Made this chicken jerky in my dehydrator, can out tasty.
