Jenny Saville. On one portrait I could use this technique to show the layers of family/identity in the layers of the materials over the time and technique.

jenny saville ---- The eye in this painting is displaying so much raw emotion. Along with the tones of red and pink the audience instantly recognises the sadness present. I want to create this same instant effect in my images.
