Skinny Funfetti Cupcakes Cupcakes: 1 pkg. Pillsbury Funfetti Cake Mix (just the powder, not the recipe) 1 -12 oz can Sprite Zero Frosting: 1 -8 oz container Fat Free Cool Whip 1 -1.5 oz. pkg. Vanilla Jello Instant Pudding (just the powder, not the recipe): Cupcakes: Preheat oven to 350. Combine cake mix and Sprite. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool before frosting. Frosting: Mixing Cool Whip and pudding. Mix until smooth. Spread over cooled cupcakes.

Im a big fan of using Jello Instant Pudding and Cool Whip as a frosting for cupcakes, so I assumed there must be a typically-used fruity Instant Jello equivalent. Long story short, there was not. I put this together using some of the bits and pieces of recipes I could find, and some spur-of-the-moment thinking when I thought it was going to go all wrong. My first attempt was using raspberry flavour on chocolate cupcakes, but experiment with different flavours and see what you like best!
