#DoYouKnow Rosheighara (Temple Kitchen) is a sacred place and none other than the 'Suaras' or their assistants are allowed inside. They maintain utmost sanctity and enter after bath and prayers. To prevent contamination with breath or saliva while cooking, they cover their mouth with cloth. It is believed that cooking is supervised by goddess Lakshmi Herself. Utmost sanctity, purity and cleanliness are maintained in cooking.
