My Saturday HIIT - (interval training) workout run!! Perfect to get those summer legs sexy and ready for all those short shorts :D. The mph there are jus what i use for now, but feel free to go at whatever pace is comfortable jus take note of the intervals fast vs slow k ...also I like to speed up in the final .5 k of the warm down - jus to finish up on the running high :) also trains that power
