Instead - 1 lb ground turkey, 2c Pepp. Farm seasoned stuffing (with onion, 3 stalks celery and mushroom diced and sauteed in it plus 2/3 cup chick broth). Mixed whole lot together with 2 eggs, garlic/onion salt, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper. Formed into loaf, topped with 1c hydrated stuffing and baked at 350 to correct internal temp. Absolutely delicious!
