The Financial Accounting Standards Board has decided to make an adjustment on the amount of disclosure information that's provided to clients. The #1 complaint of investors is that the disclosures are too long and in a jargon that the commoner has difficulty following. This change might include making disclosures easier to follow with means investors will gain a better understanding of how their funds are being managed. Some might not like what they read if this happens.
