Pesto Pasta with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Roasted Asparagus/Delicious. I used whole wheat shells, store bought pesto and shredded mozarella. I also cut the asparagus in pieces before I roasted it. The fried egg on the top was awesome.Will make again.

Butternut Mac - AMAZING! I substituted the paprika & nutmeg for ginger & Dijon for a mustard-based bbq sauce because that's what I had on hand. I also reserved water from when I boiled the squash rather than the pasta simply because I made the sauce ahead of time. SOOOO GOOD!
