Pesto Pasta with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Roasted Asparagus/Delicious. I used whole wheat shells, store bought pesto and shredded mozarella. I also cut the asparagus in pieces before I roasted it. The fried egg on the top was awesome. Will make again.
